DEHRADUN / RISHIKESH → SANKRI

Drive towards the valley.

Begin the journey with a scenic mountain drive towards Sankri, the main base village for the Har Ki Dun trek.

The road gradually leaves the larger valleys behind and enters the quieter mountain landscape of Uttarakhand.

SANKRI → TALUKA → SEEMA / OSLA

Enter the mountain trail.

Drive from Sankri towards Taluka and begin walking along the valley. The trail follows the Supin river through forested sections and mountain terrain.

Continue towards the villages of Seema and Osla, where traditional Himalayan architecture and local life become part of the journey.

SEEMA / OSLA → HAR KI DUN

Walk into the high valley.

Continue deeper into the valley as the landscape gradually opens from forest into meadows and alpine terrain.

Reach Har Ki Dun and take time to explore the surrounding valley and mountain views. The final approach is one of the most rewarding sections of the trek.

HAR KI DUN · EXPLORATION DAY

Spend a day in the valley.

Spend more time around Har Ki Dun and explore the surrounding landscape according to weather, trail conditions and group fitness.

The day can be kept flexible for short walks, photography, rest and enjoying the mountain scenery without rushing the valley experience.

HAR KI DUN → SEEMA / OSLA

Retrace the valley trail.

Begin the descent from Har Ki Dun and follow the valley back towards Seema and Osla.

Enjoy the changing views as the trail gradually loses altitude and returns towards the forested sections.

SEEMA / OSLA → TALUKA → SANKRI

Back to the mountain road.

Complete the final section of the trek towards Taluka through the forested valley. From Taluka, drive back to Sankri.

The Har Ki Dun trek comes to an end at Sankri, with onward travel arranged according to the group's schedule.
